Quasi-corporations

CBS concept

Units with a complete administration but without legal status that behave like corporations. They supposedly have independent power of decision. These are mainly fairly large enterprises without legal status. Furthermore this includes parts of government or corporations whose role in the economic process is very different from that of its owner. For instance: a municipal energy company or a municipal transport company.
